Adult Band

Apparently the other musical teachers employed by Candler County schools had been talking about forming a "Faculty Band" because when they found out that the (then) new marching band director was a drummer, they asked me to join them with my keyboard. Having never really been a dedicated member of a band, I had my apprehensions. We jammed a couple of times then we ramped up the effort to practice level with the goal of playing at this "School Talent Show" fundraiser.

Obviously, I forgot to change out of my "teaching" clothes (school colors are orange and black). 

The general critique that I received was that my playing was very good, but I didn't move around at all. I determined to show more physical response to the music next time, but the drummer changed schools and we never played again.
